For over a decade, Deb honed her expertise in strategic marketing and leadership at Hewlett Packard as the Director of Marketing, driving successful campaigns and fostering brand growth. She was also the President and CEO of Floor Coverings at International Chandler-Gilbert. Deb led the company to become the top in-home flooring company in Arizona, applying her vast knowledge and passion for customer-first service.

Mike is responsible for the overall relationship with our customers, focusing on delivering a consistent and exceptional customer experience. Passionate about customer satisfaction, he oversees the entire customer journey, from initial contact through post-purchase support.
Before joining his wife Deb as a managing partner at Elegant Bath and Remodel, Mike spent over 30 years in various Chief Revenue Officer and CEO roles in the global technology industry.
A former Emmy Winning News and Sports Anchor, Tyler Baldwin has stepped away from the camera to help home owners with their dream remodeling projects. Tyler has worked with hundreds of families to find a design solution that not only solves their problem, but fits their budget. The Arizona native and father of two spends most of his free time cheering on his girls at various Volleyball and Cheer competitions throughout the Valley.
Kaylee Snyder brings creativity, passion, and an eye for detail to every project she leads at Elegant Staging and Remodel. As Director of Staging and Design, she partners with realtors and homeowners to stage properties that stand out, helping homes sell faster and at a higher price. Every space Kaylee touches is carefully designed to highlight its best features and create an inviting, memorable experience for buyers. Kaylee also plays an important role in our remodeling services, working directly with homeowners to create professional kitchen and bathroom renderings that bring their visions to life. She loves helping clients see the full potential of their spaces before construction even begins. Whether it’s staging a vacant home or designing a complete remodel, Kaylee is dedicated to making every project beautiful, functional, and uniquely personal.
Jason has been in the home services industry for over 20 years. As a recognized industry expert, Jason is seen as a trusted advisor and has always prioritized a customer-first culture within his team. At Elegant Bath and Remodel, along with our sister company Floor Coverings International, he leads our commercial and residential flooring business. We specialize in transforming commercial and residential spaces into beautiful, functional environments tailored to our clients’ needs.
Scott is our production manager for our larger custom projects, expertly guiding our installation crews through complex tasks that encompass moving walls, engineering design, concrete cutting, and electrical work. His leadership is characterized by an unwavering focus on every detail, ensuring that every aspect of a project is executed with precision. Scott is dedicated to customer satisfaction, actively listening to clients’ needs and visions. Scott has a strong faith, is active in his church, and was a board member, and a Football and Golf coach for Valley Christian High School.
Alyssa brings a unique blend of design expertise, customer service, and operational excellence to her role as Showroom Manager at Elegant Bath and Remodel. With a strong background in visual merchandising, combined with hands-on experience as a professional home stager, Alyssa has a keen eye for design and functionality. In addition to managing our beautiful showroom, Alyssa also leads our call center team and is often the very first voice our customers hear. She sets the tone for the outstanding service we pride ourselves on — greeting every inquiry with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Her ability to make customers feel comfortable and supported from the very first interaction is a key part of the Elegant Bath and Remodel experience. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University and a Certificate in Interior Design from QC Design School. Her passion for helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces shines through in everything she does.
